Thank you for shopping with West Fork Fly Company. We take pride in our handcrafted products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Store Credit Only All approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash or card refunds.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original condition and packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as West Fork Fly Company is not responsible for lost return packages.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at westforkflyco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your store credit approval.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at westforkflyco@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: As we only issue store credit, EU customers who exercise their right of withdrawal will receive store credit for the value of their order. If you require a monetary refund under EU law, please contact us directly and we will work to resolve your request in compliance with applicable regulations.
