Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for US orders:
- Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $35
- Standard Shipping via USPS
- Expedited Shipping via UPS
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
International Shipping We ship to over 27 countries worldwide via USPS, DHL Express, and FedEx. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Estimated international delivery time is 7–21 business days. Please note that customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond our control.
Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at westforkflyco@gmail.com so we can work to resolve the issue.
